David Turocy practices in the areas of Real Estate, Estate & Succession Planning and Probate & Estate Administration.


David received a Bachelor of Science and Chemical Engineering, graduating cum laude, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) in 2004. He went to Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Washington, DC until 2008. In 2010, David graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law.


While David has experience as a corporate counsel for a closely held corporation, he joined Ream, Carr, Markey, Woloshin & Hunter an associate with the intent to utilize his skill set in different practice areas. Thus far he has added estate planning, probate and estate administration and real estate to his portfolio of practice areas. David oversees estates for various clients and does so with a practical approach that clients can relate to.


He is approachable but thorough in his handling of the relevant matters and provides clear direction to clients in their most challenging of times. David’s developing knowledge of real estate law is a complement to the estate work for large estates wherein a majority of the probate estate is comprised of real property. In his spare time, David is a very engaged husband and father of three, and enjoys coaching his children.
