John N. Elliott, Esq. maintains a diverse civil practice, focusing primarily in the areas of civil litigation, including commercial, real estate and employment matters; municipal representation; zoning and land use representation; and Orphan’s Court practice.
John is the solicitor for a number of local municipalities and zoning hearing boards, and represents private clients at all levels of local, state, and federal trial and appellate forums. John is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court.
John is a graduate of Hamilton College and the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and has been living and practicing in York County since first clerking for the Honorable John C. Uhler, President Judge of the York County Court of Common Pleas in 1998. John serves on the executive board for the New Birth of Freedom Council, Boy Scouts of America.
John is a member of the York County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
